Founding partner and head attorney at Spencer Global Chile in 2005, specializing in assisting foreign clients and companies relocating to Chile; providing legal and professional consulting services to foreign client in such areas as direct foreign investment projects and areas of private international law such as international inheritance, divorce, and family law.
Zandra is contracted regularly as a legal consultant to international legal teams, and as an expert witness involving cases before the courts of other countries such as the United States and Holland.

Professor at the University of Najing, China (2003-2004) providing courses in English covering International Trade Law and Social Economic Development of rural China for professors and students.
